About Luxe Knitting Limited:

Luxe Knitting Limited is a specialist knitwear manufacturer producing high-quality knitted garments for leading fashion brands. They are looking for a reliable and experienced Knitwear Linking Machine Operators to join their production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate knitwear linking machines to assemble knitted garment panels.
• Produce garments to the highest quality standards.
• Match colours, patterns, and stitch lines accurately.
• Carry out quality inspections throughout the linking process.
• Identify and report faults or production issues.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining excellent workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Work collaboratively with the production and quality control teams.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience operating knitwear linking machines is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently to production deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage, depending on age and eligibility, in accordance with current UK legislation. From April 2026, this is £12.71 per hour for workers aged 21 and over, with age-specific National Minimum Wage rates applying where relevant.
