FEL & ATMF Collaboratively Support Member Business – Denovo Sourcing Ltd With Job Vacancies

Fashion-Enter Ltd has been delivering a Skills Bootcamp course on Fashion and Textiles at its Leicester Fashion Hub campus. The course provides garment production tuition relevant for the workplace and upskills the learners to create industrial standard garments.

Through the Skills Bootcamp programme learners also gain advice and support on applying for jobs and participating in interviews to ensure they are employment ready.

Recently, Denovo Sourcing Ltd approached the ATMF with job vacancies they had for Junior Machinists. 10 Skills Bootcamp learners took part in the interview and trial process on 16th March 2026. This helps the learners to build their confidence with face-to-face interviews and bridges the gap between learning and real-world experience in a meaningful way.

The FEL team and participants are now looking forward to hear who was selected for employment.

Learner Zahra took part in the interview process, she said: “After coming to UK I couldn’t find any work. I had taken ESOL classes and also completed a basic Level 1 course in Fashion and Textiles. The Skills Bootcamp course attracted me as I knew I would be supported with interviews and job placements. Sanna, also helped me to prepare my CV. Tutors not only built my skills for work they also helped me to gain confidence for face-to-face interviews. I am very grateful to FTA Leicester.”

Abz, Director of Denovo Sourcing Ltd: “ We received great support from FEL and the ATMF in the recruitment process. I could see the quality of work the candidates produced in their portfolios, which they learnt during their course at the FTA, which was amazing. Many had no initial experience and the quality produced was awesome.”
